  • Audit Manager

    As an audit manager, you will continue your career working with privately held companies in diverse industries, non-profit organizations and governments. Your contribution will include managing the engagement planning, evaluation of risk assessment and establishing the audit approach, completion of all aspects of the engagement including drafting financial statements and reports. You will be the primary client contact. In addition, you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to senior and staff associates.

  • Audit Associate

    As an audit associate, you will begin your career working with privately held companies in diverse industries, non-profit organizations and governments. While working as a team member on various engagements, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of aspects of the engagement. Your contribution will include performing tests of controls, confirmation and testing of account balances and activity and, assisting with the drafting of financial statements, note disclosures and related reports.

  • Tax Senior

    As a Tax Senior, you will perform duties at the professional level and ensure effective and efficient delivery of quality tax services to our diverse clientele. This position is responsible for:

    • preparing and analyzing tax records and reports;
    • preparing local, state, and federal tax returns, including performing reconciliations, journal entries or other necessary tasks to obtain the required information;
    • maintaining fixed asset depreciation schedules;
    • performing research on complex tax matters;
    • assisting and training tax associates as well as supervision and review of their work; and
    • maintaining client relationships.

    The following are the requirements for a Tax Senior:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting
    • U.S. work authorization
    • Two or more years of tax preparation experience
    • Ability to multi-task, manage stress, prioritize, and stay organized
    • Ability to adapt to changing situations while maintaining a positive attitude
    • Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
    • Willingness to work increased hours during peak cycles
    • Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Proficient with technology

    Preferred:

    • 2-5 years of experience in public accounting
    • CPA license

  • Tax Associate

    As a tax associate, you will begin your career working in collaboration with seniors, managers, and partners on various types of tax returns. You will have the opportunity to learn and prepare returns of various sizes and complexities, from individuals to trusts to business returns (including for-profits and nonprofits).  You will also learn to perform tax research and documentation to support tax positions.


    The following are the requirements for a tax associate:

    • Positive attitude
    • Able to multi-task
    • Able to organize projects
    • ACCOUNTING or related degree, or in-pursuit
    • Proficient with technology
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with automated accounting systems, a plus

  • Tax Intern

    Pay and Benefits


    $13.00 - $24.00 per hour


    Job Description


    A local CPA firm is looking for a tax intern in our Phoenix, Arizona office. This is a seasonal position from mid-January through mid-April and offers a competitive hourly wage including overtime pay.


    Responsibilities will include:


    • Preparation of individual tax returns including federal, state, and city returns
    • Preparation of corporation, partnership, trust, and gift tax returns for clients in various industries
    • Fixed asset, depreciation, and tax adjustments to the general ledger
    • Research tax related questions and issues
    • Scan documents, creating and maintaining both electronic and paper client files
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    Qualified candidates should possess the following skills or experience:


    • Ability to multi-task, remain calm, prioritize, and stay organized under deadlines
    • Willingness to adapt to changing situations and needs in a positive manner
    • Ability to strictly maintain confidentiality
    • Willingness to work increased hours during peak cycles
